Woman pleads guilty to state tax charges – The Greenville Daily Reflector

A Greenville woman pleaded guilty Monday in Wake County Superior Court to tax charges filed by the state Department of Revenue.

Joanne Tuten, 50, of 316 Boyne Way, pleaded guilty to three counts of obtaining property by false pretenses.

Tuten was the chief executive officer of the May Frances Partnership in Caring Inc., between Jan. 1, 2005, and Nov. 30, 2009, the news release said.
