Dr. Dale Ellis decided to record a video of his reponse to the North Carolina budget. He calls for five members of the state legislature to switch sides. Right now, if Governor Bev Perdue decides to veto the budget, lawmakers still have the numbers to overturn her veto. If five legislators who support the budget switch sides, her veto couldn’t be overturned.
