GREENSBORO — The state is not allowing a local assisted living facility to admit new residents after its investigation into a death at the facility.
The N.C. Department of Health and Human Services suspended Loyalton of Greensboro’s ability to take in new residents earlier this month after finding that the facility was in violation of several state requirements, according to documents released today.
