GRAHAM — An out-of-state trip planned by the Alamance County Department of Social Services has come under scrutiny.
Susan Osborne said on Thursday she plans to provide information related to her agency’s federal grant spending to the Alamance County Board of Commissioners after questions were raised by Commissioner Tim Sutton about a planned trip to Tampa, Fla.
