Charlotte facility denies state claim that it ‘threatens’ residents’ welfare | Charlotte Observer

State authorities contend a Charlotte home for people with mental and physical disabilities has dispensed medication without the required license – and they’ve asked a judge to put a stop to it.

In a complaint filed in Superior Court, the N.C. Department of Health and Human Services maintained that Charlottetown Manor has operated in a way that “threatens the health, safety and welfare” of its residents.
