One in a series of 17 state forums addressing quality care issues for vulnerable North Carolina citizens in the face of state budget cuts was held in Wilkesboro Friday afternoon at the Wilkesboro Civic Center.
The N.C. General Assembly will convene on Wednesday faced with a $3.7 billion budget shortfall with many state agencies faced with the prospects of financial cuts.
