A recent crisis intervention training course gave law enforcement officers the tools to change or even save people’s lives, Henderson County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Josh Kirby said.
In February, law enforcement officers and members of the National Alliance for Mental Illness and other agencies offering mental health services met at the Henderson County Public Library.
