Reynolds House says it is in compliance | Winston-Salem Journal

The licensee of Reynolds House has sent a letter to state regulators, saying that the assisted-living home is in compliance with state laws and licensure rules.

The letter from Winston-Salem Holdings LLC, the home’s licensee, is the latest development involving the center at 2900 Reynolds Park Road.

The home also was renamed recently as Cornerstone Living Center as part of a change in administrators.

On Dec. 8, the adult-care licensure section of the N.C. Division of Health Service Regulation notified the home that it had ordered the home to suspend all admissions immediately and that it intended to revoke its license.
