State regulators were at Old Vineyard Behavioral Health Services yesterday conducting an investigation that may be related to an assault involving two male teenage residents last week.
Jim Jones, a spokesman for the N.C. Department of Health and Human Services, confirmed that investigators from the Acute and Home Care Licensure and Certification section of the N.C. Division of Health Service Regulation visited the Winston-Salem operation.
