Valdese, NC – Catawba Valley Behavioral Healthcare (CVBH) is a leading mental-health agency in Burke and Catawba counties. This private, non-profit group provides services to about 5,000 clients in the area.
Recently there has been considerable publicity about changes to the CVBH Hickory Mental Health Center. The CVBH Hickory facility is moving this month from county-leased office space on 11th Avenue Drive SE into two recently purchased buildings in downtown Hickory.
