The most common diseases treated at the clinic are diabetes, high blood pressure, arthritis, heart disease and mental health.

Morganton, NC — 2011 promises to be a year of change for the Good Samaritan Clinic.

Since learning in July they would get a $540,000 Golden LEAF Foundation grant, the clinic, Blue Ridge HealthCare, the Burke County Department of Social Services and AccessCare (a referral agency for the uninsured) have fortified their partnership and made specific plans for the immediate future.
