GREENSBORO — Like most nonprofit groups in this weakened economy, fundraising has been difficult for the Interactive Resource Center, which gives the homeless a place to go and a support network during the day.
Which is why the center’s treasurer Bob Newton expects to be back before the City Council in February, asking for dollars again.
