To keep their lids from popping, a group of UNC students has formed SUPER Peer Educators, an organization in the Campus Health Services department.

“We are Students Understanding and Promoting Emotional Resilience,” said senior Kristin Richards of Concord. A double major in psychology and history, Richards helped put on a happiness workshop last semester. “We talked about ways to improve general happiness, our outlook on life, how to de-stress and keep up with the business of school,” she said.

Keeping positive is an ongoing endeavor, and on Wednesday a new workshop will show students how animals can improve their mental health.
