The N.C. Local Government Commission is expected to weigh in soon on fiscal management problems identified in the recently completed 2007-08 audit for Albemarle Mental Health Center.
An LGC spokesman released the following statement Friday: “LGC has recently completed the review of the audit and is in the process of drafting a response letter.
