The State Bureau of Investigation is reviewing the death of a patient at a private mental hospital in Rocky Mount. The body of James Ross Collins was found by staff at Coastal Plain Hospital on July 23. He was in an “isolation room” and had been dead about six hours, according to a report filed by Rocky Mount police.
