A new veterans’ clinic officially opened Friday under new management.
The Wilmington Community Based Outpatient Clinic now is being run directly by U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs doctors and staff after patients made numerous complaints about the private contracting company that operated the former clinic on Physicians Drive.
