Technical difficulties at the Capitol meant the first hour of the meeting, in which HHS Secretary Lanier Cansler spoke, was not recorded. And as usual, the sound can often be uneven due to loudness and closeness to the mics of the speakers, issues that will one time be resolved with more time and funding to enhance the audios.
