After a month of being barred from admitting new residents and facing the threat of having its license downgraded, an assisted-living facility in Leland has been allowed to again accept seniors.
State regulators suspended admissions at Corinthian Place on May 7 after an inspection turned up several violations affecting residents’ safety and health. The N.C. Department of Health and Human Services’ Adult Care Licensure Section also said it planned on issuing a provisional license for the facility, which is located on Lincoln Road.
