The husband of a woman charged with stabbing her tenant to death last week said his wife has problems when she is not on medication. “She has had a long history of mental problems, and 99 percent of the time she’s been a good mother,” said Jason Carpenter, whose wife, Angela, is charged with murder. “But when she doesn’t take her medication, she has good days and bad days that come and go.”
