A federal agency has filed suit against a local mental health care provider because of allegations it a sexually harassed female employees.
The lawsuit filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission claims Carter Behavior Health Services Inc., 170 E. Arlington Blvd., “created and maintained a sexually hostile work environment” for women employed at the office.
