Four duplex apartments on Kings Way and on Race Track Road in New Bern have been renovated to be accessible for people with developmental disabilities.
The Arc of North Carolina bought and renovated the apartments in addition to four others in Greenville with more than $900,000 from East Carolina Behavioral Health. The agency manages groups in nine counties in Eastern North Carolina that provide services to people with substance abuse, mental health issues or developmental disabilities.
