Don and Lisbeth Cooper, founders of CooperRiis, will receive the outstanding philanthropist award. CooperRiis is a healing farm community that provides a safe, nurturing environment for people with mental illness or emotional distress. The Coopers were spurred into action after dealing with the pain and frustration associated with caring for a daughter with a mental illness.
