Residents displaced by the Alder’s Point fire were feeling the pressure yesterday to find housing.
There is enough money from donations to allow them to stay in local motels and hotels until the end of the week. But only 30 apartments in the city have been definitely identified as having vacancies and accepting rental subsidies.
